DAY 1 : DELHI - SHIMLA

Upon arrival at Delhi in the evening, transfer from Delhi to Shimla by Luxury Volvo, overnight journey. 

DAY 2 : SHIMLA

In the morning you will reach at Shimla, here get welcomed by our representative and he will drive you to the hotel. Check into the hotel and get refreshed. (early check-in is subject to the availability of the rooms or as soon as possible). Today visit Viceregal lodge (also the first building to get electricity in Shimla), Himachal State Museum, Mall Road, Christ Church, Lakkar Bazaar, Kalibari temple, etc. Enjoy dinner and a comfortable overnight stay at Shimla.

DAY 3 : KUFRI

After breakfast in the morning proceed to Kufri. Here visit Green valley (Asia’s most dense forest), Himalayan nature park where you can find some Himalayan animals and birds, Amusement park, enjoy Horse riding / Yak riding, trekking, etc. Later visit Jakhoo Temple (perched atop the Jakhoo hill, Jakhoo temple is famous for 108 feet tall statue of lord Hanuman). In the evening return back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel in Shimla.

DAY 4 : SHIMLA - KULLU – MANALI

After breakfast leave to Manali, 250km from Shimla or 8 Hrs journey. En-route visit Sundar nagar lake, Pandoh Dam, Hanogi Devi temple, etc. At kullu you can do some shopping, also you can enjoy Paragliding or Rafting in Vyas River at your own cost. By the evening you will arrive at Manali. Enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay at Manali.

DAY 5 : SOLANG VALLEY

Enjoy a delicious breakfast, and get ready to enjoy an adventurous day at the Solang Valley. Here you can enjoy many adventures activities, like Paragliding, Zorbing, Gondola/Cable car, Horse riding, Quad/ATV biking, also you can enjoy trekking. During the winters skiing and snowboarding can be done here. Also you can visit Atal tunnel or Rohtang pass at an extra cost (if open). In the evening back to your hotel, enjoy dinner and comfortable overnight stay at Manali.

DAY 5 : MANALI SIGHTSEEING AND TRANSFER TO DELHI

After breakfast, get ready for local sightseeing at Manali. Visit places like Hadimba Temple (built in 16th century in Pagoda style of architecture), Club House, Tibetan Monastery, Van Vihar, Mall road (famous for local handicraft shops), Vashishth temple and hot water spring. Later transfer from Manali to Delhi by Volvo. Overnight journey.

DAY 6 : ARRIVAL AT DELHI

By the morning you will reach Delhi. End of our services.

• Any other expenses like room heater, laundry, tips, adventure activity charges, or any extra sightseeing
• Any extra expenses arises due to road blocks, snowfall, natural calamities, political disturbances or any other unforeseen circumstances (to be borne directly by the customer on the spot)
• Entry fee to Monuments, Parks, etc.
• Meals during transportation (lunch)

TERMS & CONDITIONS -

• For any booking, a 25% amount is required as the token amount. Remaining amount need to be paid on the commencement day of the tour. During the high seasons period like Christmas/New year or long holidays, booking amount may increase.
• Check-in or Check out timings completely depends upon the hotel policy. Standard Check-in / Check-out time in most hotels is 1 pm & 11 am respectively (IST). Therefore, any cost arising out of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost.
• Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of participants, etc. may cause delays in the service or itinerary change. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of safety, comfort, and general well-being.
• In the event of a dispute, the exclusive jurisdiction shall vest in the competent court/forum/tribunal in Shimla, HP, India only.
• In case of misbehavior or indiscipline from the guest side, we can cancel the tour any point of time (no refund or discount will be provided)
• No discounts or refunds for any delayed, missed, or unused services like meals, flights, Volvo, train, sightseeing, or transportation.
• Hotels are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. If the mentioned hotel is not available then a similar category hotel will be provided.
• Cab operator service hours are 9am- 7pm for local sightseeing.
• The driver will not be a tour guide.
• If you are booking only a cab then your hotels must be within 5km radius of the main location.
• For booking Volvo/train/flight tickets 100% amount need to be paid in advance (which is non refundable)
• All the guests are advised to carry a valid photo id.
• AC will not work in the hilly areas.

CANCELLATION CHARGES - 

• 30 days or more before departure date: 20% of the tour/service cost
• 29-7 days prior to arrival: 40% of the tour/service cost
• Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the tour/service cost
